These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyFreedom (the “Service”), available at myfreedom.money. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

MyFreedom is a personal tool for tracking your net worth and holdings across multiple currencies. You enter your own financial information; the Service organizes it and shows it back to you. MyFreedom does not connect to your bank or brokerage and does not execute any transactions.

Not financial advice

MyFreedom is an informational and organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Values, conversions, and charts are estimates based on the data you enter and may be inaccurate or out of date. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time email link and a passkey, and are responsible for keeping your email account and passkey device secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access other users’ data, or to disrupt, probe, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond its intended personal use.

Your data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided as a personal project and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features without notice. We aim to keep your data safe and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any figures it displays are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFreedom and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or financial loss, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
